Processing time

Orders are processed after payment is verified. Orders typically ship within one business day of verified payment. Orders are not reserved or shipped until payment is received.

Where we ship

Shipping: United States only. We deliver to addresses in the 50 states and the District of Columbia, to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands, and to APO/FPO/DPO military and diplomatic addresses. We are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Eligibility is based on the shipping address only — you may order from anywhere, provided the package is going to one of the destinations above.

Carriers and delivery

Products are stocked and shipped from within the United States. A tracking number is provided by email once the package is accepted by the carrier. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination and are not guaranteed.

Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.
