All products offered by CS Research are supplied exclusively for lawful laboratory and in-vitro research. They are not intended for human or animal consumption or for any medical or veterinary use.

Products are not offered as drugs, dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, or consumer products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Customer eligibility

Access to the CS Research catalog and the purchase of products are limited to individuals who:

• Are at least 21 years old;
• Are qualified researchers or authorized representatives of research entities;
• Possess sufficient knowledge and facilities to receive, handle, store, and use the products safely and lawfully; and
• Intend to use the products exclusively for legitimate laboratory or in-vitro research.

By accessing the catalog or placing an order, the purchaser certifies that these requirements are satisfied.

Prohibited uses

Products purchased from CS Research must not be:

• Consumed, injected, inhaled, implanted, applied topically, or otherwise administered to any human or animal;
• Used for personal experimentation, self-administration, medical treatment, veterinary treatment, compounding, or diagnostic purposes;
• Used as ingredients in food, drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or products intended for human or animal use;
• Resold or transferred to anyone whom the purchaser knows or reasonably suspects intends to use them for a prohibited purpose; or
• Used in violation of any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

No medical or veterinary advice

Information provided by CS Research—including product descriptions, references, technical materials, certificates of analysis, and customer-support communications—is supplied for general product identification and research-related informational purposes.

Nothing provided by CS Research constitutes medical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. CS Research does not provide instructions concerning human or animal dosage, administration, injection, reconstitution for administration, treatment protocols, or expected therapeutic outcomes.

References to published research do not represent an endorsement of any clinical, therapeutic, or personal use.

Purchaser responsibility

The purchaser is solely responsible for:

• Determining whether possessing, purchasing, receiving, handling, or using a product is lawful in the purchaser’s jurisdiction;
• Conducting an appropriate risk assessment before handling any product;
• Maintaining suitable facilities, equipment, procedures, training, and supervision;
• Following applicable storage, handling, transportation, disposal, and safety requirements; and

Product information and analytical documentation

Product descriptions and analytical documents identify the materials and testing information associated with the applicable product or lot. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this information does not establish suitability for any particular experiment or application.

A Certificate of Analysis is not a representation that a product is sterile, endotoxin-free, pathogen-free, pharmaceutical-grade, suitable for clinical use, or appropriate for human or animal administration. A reported test applies only to the identified sample or lot and only to the characteristics actually tested.

Customers are responsible for conducting any independent verification their research requires.

Order review and refusal

CS Research may request additional information concerning a purchaser’s identity, research qualifications, institutional affiliation, intended research purpose, or proposed handling of a product.

CS Research may place an order under review, refuse or cancel an order, limit quantities, or restrict an account when information provided is incomplete, inconsistent, unverifiable, or reasonably indicates a prohibited use. Acceptance of payment does not require CS Research to fulfill an order that fails its eligibility or research-use requirements.
