Sealed research materials

Because these are research materials supplied in sealed vials, opened or unsealed items cannot be returned. Please confirm your order carefully before submitting it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received an incorrect item, contact us within a reasonable period of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Declined or cancelled orders

CS Research manually reviews every order and may decline or cancel any order. Where an order is declined or cancelled before shipment, any payment received for that order is refunded.
