How ordering, payment, shipping, and testing work — the most common questions, answered.
How do I place an order?
Add the products you need to your cart and submit your purchase request at checkout. You’ll immediately receive an order number confirming we’ve received the request.
How does payment work?
After you place your order, you pick a payment method — Zelle, Venmo, or crypto — and the instructions appear on the confirmation page and are emailed to you, with your order number as the memo. Your order ships once payment is received and verified.
Where do you ship?
Shipping: United States only. We deliver to the 50 states and the District of Columbia, to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands, and to APO/FPO/DPO military and diplomatic addresses. We can’t offer international shipping at this time. What matters is the shipping address — you can order from anywhere as long as the package goes to one of those destinations.
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and shipped domestically from our U.S. location within one business day once payment is verified. Tracking is provided once the package is accepted by the carrier.
How do I check my order status?
Use the Order Lookup page. Enter your order number and the email address you used, and you’ll see your current status.
Are your products tested?
Yes — we commission independent, lot-specific laboratory testing for identity, purity, and content. Reports are published on the product page and under Our Testing as each lot's testing completes. We usually have multiple batches in testing at any given time, so check back for the latest reports.
What exactly am I receiving?
Products are supplied as lyophilized research materials in sealed vials, clearly identified by compound, strength, and lot.
What are these products intended for?
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research and analytical testing use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and are not a drug, food, cosmetic, or dietary supplement.
