When you submit a research purchase request, we collect the information you provide — including your name, email address, and billing and shipping addresses — along with the details of the items requested. To maintain a record of the research-use attestations you accept, we may also record the time of submission and technical metadata such as your IP address and browser user-agent.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, communicate with you about it, prepare an invoice, and, if your request is accepted and paid, to fulfill and ship your order. We keep records of accepted attestations for compliance purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers necessary to process your request (for example, email delivery and, where applicable, shipping carriers), and where required by law.

Cookies

We use only strictly-necessary cookies that are required for the site to function: a cookie that records your research-use access confirmation so you are not asked again on every page, and an administrative session cookie used only by site staff. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not use cookies to build a profile of you across other sites. Because these cookies are strictly necessary, no consent banner is required; if we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
